AES 256-bit hardware-based encryption and decryption is done on the drive itself with no trace left on the host system. FIPS 140-2 Level 3 certified, encased in a zinc casing and tamper-evident epoxy seal for physical security. After 10 invalid attempts to acess the data stored, the drive is formatted.
